O.P.P. Roll-Over Simulator

The goal of the North Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police rollover simulator is to help save lives by showing people that seat belts are the best protection in most types of single vehicle crashes. The simulator demonstrates what happens in a crash when the occupant is not wearing their seatbelt followed by what happens when a seatbelt is worn.

Ontario Ministry of Transportation - Trailer Safety

Trailers come in many shapes and sizes. Pulling a trailer requires extra care and attention. A trailer puts extra weight on your vehicle and increases the space you need to drive and stop safely. Visit the MTO Trailer Safety exhibit for information on how to safely connect and pull a trailer.

Visit the IHSA exhibit for a demonstration using the “drinking goggles” to emulate the limitations alcohol create on your ability to drive safely.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada) is a charitable, grassroots organization that is committed to stopping impaired driving and supporting the victims of this violent crime. Stop by the MADD exhibit to learn more about their programs and make a donation to their very worthwhile initiatives.

Algonquin College Racecar

Admire the Algonquin College Racecar. A 2001 Firebird that has been rebuilt “from the ground up” by students in the Motive Power Technician Program and other automotive apprenticeship programs at the college.
